Our philosophies and approach are built on the lessons learned from a lifetime in sport, both playing and coaching.
We help people achieve their goals through physical training programmes, nutritional guidance and mental skills training.
Despite that significant experience, we know that we’re still learning and can always find ways to get better. We take that responsibility very seriously, so we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve our services.
We’re in this to help you over the long term. We don’t promise overnight miracle transformations, but rather sustainable results built on the skills and tools that we’ll help you develop and that you can carry with you for life.

We’ve been coaching health and performance for over 20 years and have worked with people from all walks of life. From elite athletes to people just looking for a little extra vitality and energy in their daily lives, we’ve done our best to help thousands of people take meaningful steps towards their goals.

Our training programmes include training sessions that you can do in your own time at the gym or at home, nutritional guidance and practices, reflection tasks for developing mental skills, reading materials and (optional) interaction with your coach and fellow programme participants.

Weekly programmes are sent out by email at the end of the previous week. There is a PDF of the programme, with all movements linked to a video showing you the correct execution of the technique. You also receive a blank tracking template that you can fill in with your weights, reps etc if you wish.

In every one of our programmes we always offer two training options - one that can be done at home with no equipment necessary, and the other that can be done in any gym (home or public)

Each new intake of the ‘Go’ programme currently has a specific start date.

Before the start of each new week, you’ll receive the upcoming week’s programme by email. The programmes explain clearly how to go through a full session, and all the movements have videos showing you the correct execution of the technique.
You have the choice of doing each workout at a gym (with equipment) or at home (no equipment necessary).
If you need help with any of the movements, you can discuss this with your coach in the optional weekly video calls, through messages in the WhatsApp group, via email or private WhatsApp message, or by a phone call. Whatever your preference, the options are all there!

Our ‘Go’ programme costs €75 for the four week programme.
Our ‘Go Further’ programme costs €60 for each recurring four week commitment. You can stop your subscription at any time.

Yes. While your coach and the group setting will be very helpful in keeping you motivated and on track, the majority of the responsibility and commitment still needs to come from you. Step by step, week by week we’ll offer you strategies and guidance for keeping these traits strong, not just for the four week programme but beyond.

No worries! We offer several intakes across the year, so if now’s not the right time there will be another opportunity very soon.

Nope! Our programmes are adaptable for people of all fitness levels, from complete beginners all the way through to experienced athletes.
If you wait for everything to be perfect before starting something, you’ll never move.
We’ll meet you where you’re at. So whatever your current fitness level, rest assured that the timing is right :)

Not only will we understand your goals, we’ll help you dig deep to find out why they’re really important to you, which significantly increases your chances of success.

Yes! We know that the primary reasons for most people stopping any kind of training programme are not feeling supported enough, and missing a sense of belonging. Our responsibility is to be your ‘guide on the side’, offering you unwavering support and helping you build strong connections with the group and with yourself.

Absolutely. Our three weekly training sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into a busy schedule. We know how little time people have available to take care of themselves, so our gym workouts, including the cardio block, will take you no more than 1 hour. The home and express workouts are even faster!

We provide guidelines for the subjective intensity you should be aiming for in both the strength and conditioning (cardio) blocks of the sessions. If you follow these guidelines you’ll be sure to work at the right intensity to bring results. Not only that, but you’ll do so in a manner that means you’ll still feel fresh enough to meet life’s responsibilities and be ready for your next training session.

No. Our programmes are adaptable for people of all fitness levels, from complete beginners all the way through to experienced athletes. It will be hard enough to challenge you, but not so hard that you won’t be able to follow it until the end.

Every session has a ‘home’ option that requires zero equipment. You also have the option of an express workout, which will take around 20 minutes. Even on the busiest of days, we’ve got you covered ;)

The ‘Go’ programme is designed with busy people in mind, so if your goal is a priority for you, you’ll be able to fit it in.
On training days you might need up to around an hour for a full gym workout, but the home and express workouts provide you with quicker alternatives.
On non-training days the tasks are intended to be done in under 30 minutes. Plus, we’ll leave you alone on the weekend so you’ve got some time to catch up on a workout or a task if you didn’t have time to get to it during the week.

Every movement is accompanied by a video showing you the correct execution of the technique.

We send you a PDF of the programme at the beginning of each week. You can bring a printout of the PDF to the gym so you can follow the order of the movements, but we’d recommend looking at the videos beforehand in order to familiarise yourself with each movement.

No! We don’t do ‘strict’ when it comes to nutrition. Our objective is to help you increase your awareness and mindfulness around the foods that you eat, so you can have a sustainable, healthy and enjoyable relationship with food.

Yes! We’ll talk about ways that you can optimise your nutrition by making small tweaks here and there, but we certainly won’t be telling you to deprive yourself of your favourite foods!
