Before starting with Melius 7 years ago, I alternated between doing a lot and doing nothing at all. As a result I did not achieve the desired results and injuries were a regular occurence.
With Melius, the variety and effective management of intensity quickly created a habit of challenge, without burning out.
After starting with 1 weekly session, I gradually moved to 2 and then 3 sessions per week. It became a natural rhythm and after a year, it was such a habit that I needed to do sessions alone while on holiday!
